چکیده

To better simulate the river basin hydrological cycle and to solve practical engineering application issues, this paper describes distributed-framework modeling system (DFBMS), which concatenate a professional model system, geographical integrated database management system. DFBMS has two cores, are distributed-frame (DF-PMS) double-object sharing structure (DOSS). An area/region that same mechanism of runoff generation and/or movement is defined as one type feature unit (HFU). DF-PMS adopts different kinds HFUs whole watershed cycle. The concept most important component DF-PMS, enabling process with empirical equations or physical-based submodules. Based on underlying source code, uniform data structure, named DOSS, proposed accomplish integration information (GIS), new way exploring temporal GIS. numerical schemes including conceptual distributed models. feasibility practicability proven through its in study areas.

Coupling Technique for Distributed High Performance Earth System Simulation Framework

The Earth system includes a mass of interactive physical elements which interact to cause the constant changing of the Earth, even disaster. Disaster prediction of this system is crucial, but the complexity of this system brings a great challenge to researchers. Distributed high performance Earth system simulation framework is designed to solve this problem on our previous work. This paper prop...

Distributed Modeling and Framework for Collaborative Embedded System Design

* ABSTRACT In this paper, we develop distributed design models and framework for collaborative embedded system design. Based on the component-based approach, a unified design-with-modules scheme is proposed to model the embedded system design process and a web-based distributed module modeling and evaluation (WebDMME) framework is developed as a collaborative cyber-infrastructure to support dis...

Train Scheduling Problem - Phase I: A General Simulation Modeling Framework

One of the important problems in management of railway systems is train scheduling problem. This is the problem of determining a timetable for a set of trains that do not violate infrastructure capacities and satisfies some operational constraints. In this study, a feasible timetable generator framework for stochastic simulation modeling is developed. The objective is to obtain a feasible tr...

DISTRIBUTED AND COLLABORATIVE FUZZY MODELING

In this study, we introduce and study a concept of distributed fuzzymodeling. Fuzzy modeling encountered so far is predominantly of a centralizednature by being focused on the use of a single data set. In contrast to this style ofmodeling, the proposed paradigm of distributed and collaborative modeling isconcerned with distributed models which are constructed in a highly collaborativefashion. I...

Coupling a Basin Modeling and a Seismic Code using MOAB

We report on a demonstration of loose multiphysics coupling between a basin modeling code and a seismic code running on a large parallel machine. Multiphysics coupling, which is one critical capability for a high performance computing (HPC) framework, was implemented using the MOAB open-source mesh and field database. MOAB provides for code coupling by storing mesh data and input and output fie...
